These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revu Genie, operated by Revu Genie ("we", "our", or "us"), available at revugenie.co.in. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using any part of the Revu Genie platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Revu Genie is a SaaS platform that helps businesses collect structured customer feedback and guide customers through an editable review drafting process. The platform includes:

• A customer-facing review flow accessible via a QR code or link.
• An AI-assisted review draft generator based on customer input.
• A business dashboard for managing services, branding, settings, and usage.
• Private feedback collection and reporting.
• Admin tools for workspace management.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each Revu Genie account is linked to one business, one primary location, and one QR code under the Growth Plan. You may not share your account with another business entity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Revu Genie to:

• Collect fake, incentivised, or fabricated reviews.
• Violate Google's review policies or any applicable platform guidelines.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate business feedback collection.

5. Subscription and Payment

Revu Genie is offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are displayed on the platform at the time of subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6. Trial Period

New business accounts may be offered a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to core platform features within defined usage limits. The trial ends at the date specified in your workspace or upon activation of a paid subscription. No payment is charged during the trial period.

7. Business Responsibility for Customer Communication

You are solely responsible for how you present and share the Revu Genie review link or QR code with your customers. You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with applicable consumer protection, data protection, and advertising laws in your jurisdiction.

Customers must be given the freedom to edit or discard any AI-generated review draft before posting. Revu Genie requires customer editing and does not support auto-posting of reviews.

8. No Guarantee of Google Review Outcomes

Revu Genie assists in creating review draft suggestions based on customer input. We do not guarantee that customers will post a review, that reviews will be published by Google, or that reviews will improve your Google rating. Review outcomes depend entirely on customer choice and Google's own moderation policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and content created by Revu Genie remains our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and the content you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revu Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will end and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify you by email. Your continued use of Revu Genie after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
